Chef Ray Delucci is originally from Buffalo, New York, but currently resides in Naperville. His 10+ years of experience in the food industry range from fine dining and intimate tasting menus to high-volume restaurant management in cities such as New York, Houston, and Chicago.

Chef Ray also has experience working in food research & development, where he has dedicated the last five years of his career to making ready-to-eat and meal kit solutions for customers nationwide.
